Canceling Your Service
Go to the client area https://my.rackgenius.com/clientarea.php. You may need to log in.
Next, locate the server you would like to cancel and click "Manage," you might need to click "View More" to find your service.
Now, click "Request Cancellation."
Give us information about your cancellation request; choose your Cancellation Type, and click the red Request Cancellation button to cancel your service.
NOTE: We will process the cancellation request in 24 hours if you select Immediate. This allows you to download any needed data from your server slot. Selecting the End of Billing Period will cause the server not to be renewed and deleted at 9 AM ET, the day of your due date. If you used PayPal for your services, ensure that your subscriptions are canceled on your end.
