You have just purchased a monthly or quarterly subscription with us but are panicking because you don’t know how to get to your server running. No worries, this article will help you take care of this problem.
The Control Panel
The panel is a powerful tool that allows you to manage your server. You can do things like transfer world data, upload plugins/data packs, create schedules, add sub-users, and much more. For now, we won’t get too deep into it, however, other articles will include information for fine-tuning your server.
The first step is to login to our Control Panel at cp.snakecrafthosting.com, you will get an email with details on how to login and reset your control panel password (note: your client area and control panel accounts are different can can have separate passwords) Once you have logged in you will see a page like this:
click your server name and you will see a page like this:
This is where your server lives and breathes — in the command-line interface.
You will see buttons for Starting, Restarting, Stopping, and then Killing your server.
To start your server, select the 
button in the top right. The console will come to life. Once you see “container@pterodactyl~ Server marked as running...” your server is fully initialised and is now running so you can connect to it.
