The Discord client role is completely automated via our customer portal. After linking your Discord, you will automatically get a client role when you have an active service. It will automatically be removed when you no longer have an active service.
- Log in to the customer portal.
- Locate the "Link Social Media" in the left-hand sidebar and click "LINK".
- It will now bring you to a Discord screen to authorize the application. Click "Authorize." If you are not already in our Discord server, this will automatically join your logged-in Discord account to our server.
- After clicking authorize, you will be redirected to the customer portal, and it should now show your Discord username in the "Link Social Media" section.
