How to Add a Subuser
Sub users are additional users that help manage your server. They modify things like File Management, Database Management, and Server Management. We offer many granular options that allow you to define exactly what your sub-users can and cannot do. Adding a sub-user is a two-part process, please follow along:
- Login to our panel at cp.rackgenius.com and select your server.
- Click Users in the top bar and select the New User button.
- Type in the subusers’ email address.
- Select the permissions that you want the sub-user to have and click Invite User.
You have successfully added a sub-user. Now, that user must finish creating their account:
- Open your email account and look for an email titled Account Created from Snakecraft Hosting Control Panel. *Be sure to check your spam if you do not see it in the main inbox*
- Select Setup Your Account and create a password for the account.
- You can now log in to our panel with the sub-user account.
