The Customer Portal
To put it simply, the Customer Portal exists as a way for the customer to safely and easily purchase servers from us. The Portal also contains a very important feature, the ticket system.
Here is every menu on the Customer Portal website and what it contains:
Home Page
The Home page presents three options: Order Hosting, Make Payment, and Get Support. We have separate articles and videos covering the nitty-gritty of these options if you need more details.
Main Website
This one is pretty self-explanatory, however, selecting this menu option will bring you directly to our main website.
Dashboard
This is the most important page for the customer. Here you will find information about your service plan, quotes, tickets, and invoices. You can also update your account information if you need to make changes to personal information, billing, email preferences, contacts, and/or email history.
Services
Here you will find information about products and services that were purchased. You can also order new services in the drop-down menu and browse available addons for your plan.
Billing
The billing drop-down menu is the master "suite" for anything billing-related. This contains your current invoices, quotes and available payment methods. You can also add funds from this page if needed.
Control Panel
Looking to manage your new server? This is where you can do just that! Selecting this menu item will redirect you to cp.rackgenius.com, which is where our Minecraft Control Panel is located.
Support
This contains your tickets, the Knowledgebase, Network Status Page, and you can also open a ticket from here.

A large collection of information that provides answers to frequently asked questions from customers. Have a question and need a quick answer? Our Knowledge Base should be the first place that you look.
- Network Status (Drop-down selection)
The best place to check and make sure our services are fully-operational. We have all of our websites listed on this page, including the Main Website, Knowledgebase, Billing/Customer Portal, and the Control Panel. We also have all of our nodes listed under Michigan, USA.
