Upgrading/Downgrading
Go to the client area https://my.rackgenius.com/clientarea.php you may need to login.
Next Locate the server you would like to upgrade or downgrade and click "Manage" (circled in red) you might need to click "View More" to find your service.
Now click "Upgrade/Downgrade" (circled in red).
pick the plan to upgrade or downgrade to then click "Chose Product" then "Checkout" on the checkout screen and you're Done enjoy your newly upgraded or downgraded server!
Important Notes:
- Recurring promotion/coupon codes will automatically be calculated into your final price.
- Upgrading/Downgrading a plan will apply credit to your account to be used on future invoices.
- Credit is prorated based upon how many days it has been since your last payment.
- There is an option on our checkout page to use the credit balance that is on your account.
- Credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
