Overview
RackGenius web hosting is designed for websites, blogs, and small businesses that need reliable and flexible hosting without rigid resource caps. While many resources are unmetered, usage must remain within reasonable limits to maintain fair performance across all customers.
Web hosting is not intended for running custom scripts, bots, game servers, or background services. RackGenius reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or otherwise alter any scripts, files, or services running on your hosting account. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any web hosting plan at our sole discretion.
If you require additional CPU or RAM, you may request an upgrade. However, any configuration beyond 2 vCPUs and 1 GB RAM per website will not be offered. For higher performance requirements, we recommend ordering a RackGenius VPS.

Outbound Email: All outbound email is monitored to prevent spam and abuse.

If RackGenius receives email abuse reports or detects suspicious activity, outbound mail may be disabled for the affected account or domain until the issue is resolved.

Usage Policy
RackGenius reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate any hosting account that negatively impacts shared server performance.

Disable or remove files, scripts, or processes that violate our Terms of Service.

Apply additional limits at our sole discretion to preserve service stability and fair usage for all customers.
