1. First go to your client area by clicking https://my.rackgenius.com/clientarea.php you may need to login
  2. Once you are at your Client area, select “Open Ticket” (circled in red).
  3. This is what the Submit Ticket page will look like. You have the option to select what Department you would like to assign the ticket to, the Related Service, and priority of the ticket (leave this at the default if it's not urgent).
  4. Now if you scroll down a bit you will see the Message section, for the subject you will put a brief description of your enquire and for the message section you will put a more detailed description. Try to include as much as you can for example your servers panel URL [see how to get my server url], what you have tried, any errors you, get and so on.
  5. if you scroll some more you will see a section to upload relevant images/videos once you have done that be sure to select “I’m not a robot” to verify you are a real human being (lol). Then click “submit.”
  6. Your ticket has been created. You will be given a ticket number. If you select “Continue” it will show you more ticket details, such as replying to the ticket or closing it.

Note: If you ever get lost, simply select “Account” then “Tickets” to get back to your tickets.
