Control Panel
The User Control Panel is where all of the magic happens. This is where you manage your server, from installing plugins/data packs to adding sub-users. For now, we will stick with the basics:
Our Control Panel is found at https://cp.rackgenius.com. If this is your first time signing in, you will have to navigate to your email account, see the “Account Created” email, and create a password for the account. Check spam if you cannot find it within your main inbox.
*Please note that your Control Panel account and Customer Portal account (used for billing) are different. These have their respective login credentials.
